The negotiation margin is the flexibility you give us to reach your target price. If we achieve the proposed price, or get close to a reasonable value, we'll confirm it immediately so you can move forward with the next steps.

Fixed-price merchandise is processed as soon as the corresponding advance payment is made.

All products —regardless of whether they are "Fixed Price" or "Negotiable Price"—are offered exclusively under the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) port or destination agreement. That is, we do not sell under FOB or other Incoterms.

When placing each order, you can enter additional instructions and any information relevant to your operation, so we can ensure the exporter meets all specific requirements.

Shipping will only proceed once both you and the exporter have given approval. All additional documentation can be sent to docs@ghergo.net , always including your order number.

Typically, you have up to 30 days (depending on the merchandise) to send us all required documentation, including authorizations, permits, shipping instructions, labels, and any other requirements necessary for the exporter to process your order.

As long as the documentation is submitted within this timeframe, there's no need to reconfirm the agreed-upon amounts. If you require more time, please notify us in advance.
